Commonly Asked Questions
The Info You’re After
Where are your pictures taken?
The majority of the pictures featured on this site were taken in Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
What is a metal print?
Metal prints are becoming a popular medium for printing photography with deep colors and contrast. The metal print is aluminum into which dyes or pigments are infused, giving additional depth to the colors of the photo. They are also scratch-proof, weather-proof, and moisture-proof, which makes them ideal for any location, including your favorite outdoor living space. I recommend protecting your metal print from direct sunlight; as with any other photograph, harsh lighting can cause colors to fade more quickly.
How do I clean a metal print?
Caring for your metal print is fairly simply. Their durability means that not much needs to go into maintaining your print! However, if you notice fingerprints or other smudges from handling your image while hanging, using a microfiber cloth to wipe your metal print down should suffice. If smudges are more stubborn, you can clean the print with a small amount of water, window cleaner, or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and your microfiber towel. DO NOT use harsh cleaning agents such as bleach to disinfect or clean your metal print.
